How are DronePilots Verified Profiles verified?
Upon receiving submission for DronePilots Verified Profiles, we independently confirm that businesses are operational, websites are functional, social media links and phone lines work, content is appropriate and no obvious red flags exist. DronePilots Verified Profiles are meant to save customers a little time by showcasing pilots that are part of the independent drone pilots community. They are not an endorsement of products or services, nor a guarantee of quality.
Who can post?
We accept postings from drone pilots in any industry and from all countries. Demonstrable drone piloting experience is a key component in acceptance for a profile. DronePilots.com reserves the right to accept or reject any entries.
What can be posted?
A high resolution headshot or portrait of the drone pilot is a must. Descriptions should focus on what make is unique about the drone pilot’s backstory, skills, or services offered, and should maintain a professional tone.
How soon should I expect my profile to be posted?
Profiles typically will be posted within a week of being submitted.
Will my DronePilots Verified Profile remain posted forever?
You are subscribing for a monthly membership profile. When you sign up for a profile you are agreeing to monthly payments to maintain your profile. Profiles with lapsed payment will be removed from the website. You can choose to cancel your subscription at any time. No refunds for prior months will be given.
What if I want to change or update my profile?
Please send your change requests to email@example.com. Changes will be accepted or rejected at DronePilot’s entire discretion. Please allow up to a week for accepted changes to be made to your profile.
How do I make the most of my DronePilots Verified Profile?
As a skilled drone pilot, you will be in good company, so you’ll want to show the world how you stand out. Here are five suggestions from other Drone Pilots: 1) Link to your DronePilots Verified Profile’s URL from your own web site. 2) Add your profile’s URL to your LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+ pages. 3) Add your profile’s URL to your business card. 4) Include your profile’s URL in your future press releases. 5) Make sure the keywords in your profile description match those used in your Search Engine Optimization efforts.
